The earlier [CeSIA Manifund diplomatic-sprint proposal](http[local research file] final funding-history answer, reports the recommendation and expressly distinguished it from money received. The page's creation date is December 4, 2025, earlier than the recommendation date cited in its text. The funding answer's update date was not visible. It cannot establish the receipt position on September 9, 2026. Its separate $0 platform display also does not establish total off-platform funding. This pass did not replace that dated-state qualification with a current unpaid claim.

These are primary organizer self-reports. The absence of a payment notice in them cannot resolve a private ledger entry. Reported staffing, events and output likewise cannot identify which funding source paid for them.
The ordinary public [RSS feed](http[local research file] returned HTTP200 and 1,001,547 bytes. SHA-256 of bytes inspected in memory: 0507e8729d65882a42087c392d6eaabcdd9e68b7ff9ab9fde4f55a3da8bd9fc7. Original RSS bytes were not retained. It contained 20 entries dated November 26, 2025–August 27, 2026, including 16 entries dated 2026 (one French/English pair is not two independent reports).
The article bodies supplied in the feed were programmatically screened for Longview, $2M / two-million numeric forms and same-line CeSIA/funding language; there were no matches under that screen. This is keyword-screening scope, not a claim of exhaustive manual reading. The organizational sections itemized above were read; the year-end, January 8 and August 27 pages were additionally opened through the web reader. A section-extraction pass also returned February organizational announcements, but some bilingual output was truncated and no full-archive reading is claimed. The archive web page itself was stale relative to the RSS feed, showing June as its newest visible entry; the RSS supplied the fresher date boundary.
Targeted English/French searches combined CeSIA with Longview, funding, grants, financing, annual reports and the specific amount, including organizer, newsletter and funder domains. They surfaced the existing proposal, older funding acknowledgments and unrelated current projects, but no newly inspected executed-grant or payment document. This is not a comprehensive search of every possible publication or spelling.
Longview's [Organizational Structure](http[local research file] opening paragraph and the two entity sections, describes Longview Philanthropy as an umbrella name for separate independent organizations: Longview Philanthropy USA Inc., U.S. EIN 93-2664730; and Longview Inc. Ltd, England and Wales company 14444004. It states that each is responsible for its own activities. Current webpage; no publication date shown. Substantive organizational description read in full; no board/personnel relations added.
Neither this page nor CeSIA's recommendation claim selects one of those entities as the $2 million legal grantor. It also remains possible that a donor advised by Longview would grant directly or through another intermediary. That is an unresolved alternative, not an asserted payment route. Do not create an edge from either legal entity to CeSIA on the basis of the shared Longview name.
The next decisive record is the grant award/agreement or remittance advice explicitly referencing the December 9, 2025 recommendation, paired with CeSIA's corresponding donor-receipt ledger entry. It needs the counterparty's legal name, signature/award date, paid amount and date, currency, period covered, restrictions and any instalment conditions. A grant promise or unsigned schedule would still not prove receipt; an accounting receivable would need separation from cash received.
Likely custodians are CeSIA's operations/finance function and Longview's relevant grants administrator. If an intermediary handled the gift, its remittance record should identify that route. No assumption is made that a particular named form of document exists. No contact was made. A future recipient financial statement or public grant announcement could satisfy the same question if it identifies the recommendation unambiguously; generic total-income growth cannot.
No new executed-grant, received-payment or campaign-restriction edge is recommended. Preserve the earlier recipient-reported recommendation and its undated non-receipt statement.
