The practical next record is an accession/box/folder identification for the 2022 Senate Appropriations AB2273 bill file, followed by the July18-August11 proposed-amendment correspondence. Archives Reference Services can identify likely series but says it does not search for a specified document within a series. No request was sent and no paid copying ordered. CapConn and 5Rights remain likely holders of the actual August5 email; archival custody remains to be confirmed.
