A named streaming-policy lobby, not a policy victory
TechNet's announcement identifies Amazon, Netflix and YouTube as SACA's founding members and Mike Ward as its leader. The date needs care. The release says it launched today, and an official search-index entry labels the item September 14. Opening that same index returned older August content; a direct metadata request was forbidden. The calendar date is therefore index-supported and the intraday launch time remains unresolved. It is newly acquired evidence in this pass, not a confidently identified post-noon event.
