JueYan Zhang is publicly identified as running that pooled multi-donor fund. Frame's public FAQ names it as a lead funder, alongside the Long Term Future Fund. Frame describes both independent creators and an organization-amplifier track working to briefs. It also says funders have no role in fellow selection or editorial content.
