Luminate is the funding label used in Carnegie UK’s accounts for partnership income supporting harm-regulation and social-media work. Some accompanying narrative uses “Luminate/Reset.” The retained accounts do not resolve the exact contracting legal entity behind that label.
Carnegie reports £123,330 of relevant partnership income in 2021 and £168,844 in 2023. Opening balances and later expenditure or transfer entries track the fund’s use; they are not additional independent donations. The purpose supports harm-regulation work, while donor approval rights over particular wording remain outside the disclosed accounts.
