The same October 2023 document records Canada Centre–US National Security Council coordination on engagement with TAT , and reports a US funding process for TAT linked to Christchurch commitments . These are substantive governmental coordination and resource-mobilization relations, alongside the launch. The acquired Canadian record supplies the attribution; it does not identify a completed US award, paying agency, amount, conditions or payment.
