Hosted-service access contract governing a particular PhotoDNA delivery model
PhotoDNA Cloud terms and service
PhotoDNA Cloud is the service-specific offering governed by Microsoft's posted May 2018 terms, distinct from installed PhotoDNA software and the Tech Coalition's later sublicense route. The instrument describes continuing eligibility, permitted use, security duties and Microsoft's ability to suspend accounts.
Eligibility, audits and aggregate reporting
The posted terms limit use to child-sexual-abuse-material prevention or investigation and specified internal purposes, require accurate information and security, and retain eligibility and reverification discretion. They authorise usage audits and customer-identified aggregate match-count reporting to NCMEC. That authorisation does not replace a customer's own reporting obligations or prove a report was sent. The retained text is dated May 2018; it does not establish a current commercial offer, pricing, service-level guarantee or the terms incorporated into later Coalition software sublicences.
