This is SWGfL's published business-screening and challenge process for partner applicants and their representatives. It concerns organisational admission checks, including business verification, sanctions and adverse-media screening. It is separate from identity verification of people depicted in intimate images.
SWGfL's privacy notice names Deloitte LLP for business verification and Neterium for sanctions and adverse-media checks, describing them as separate controllers. Adverse results receive human contextual review rather than solely automated refusal. Where screening informs an adverse decision, the notice offers review by someone uninvolved, correction or annotation, and vendor correction, with acknowledgement within two working days and a response within thirty. These are published commitments for the specified screening process, not a universal admission appeal or measured performance. Vendor in-memory processing and SWGfL's longer records retention are distinct.
