BT6 / BASI Team Six

BT6, also called BASI Team Six, is the working collective in this part of the map. Public interview material associates its leadership with Pliny and John V. John V’s September2025 roster identifies several operators whose other public work can be followed separately, including Philip Dursey, Marco Figueroa and Joey Melo. This gives the collective a more concrete shape than a list of social-media followers.

Its connections reach different professional settings. John V is listed with Lysios in an industry panel; Figueroa works around a bug-bounty program; Melo appears in a vendor’s competition results; Dursey has an author and company-founder profile. These connections explain why the group matters beyond online argument: it brings together practitioners whose research can circulate through several institutions.

The key distinction is between shared participation and organizational authority. The roster supplies the first; contracts and governance records would be needed for the second. For now, the useful picture is a network of collaborating specialists with an openness-oriented public stance, not a single employer whose every member has the same client, funding or obligation.
