The support layer now has two concrete operational links: Cooperative AI Foundation (CAIF) reports hosting the speakers' reception and contributing to the private red-lines discussion; deliberAIde publishes a named TFS testimonial about its platform helping with the event and report. Fathom is resolved to the AI-governance nonprofit at fathom.org, FEIN 93-4840479, whose own current site describes a TFS partnership on verified redlines. No inspected source assigns a 2025 Athens payment amount or grants editorial approval rights.
Fathom identity and relationship. The official seventh-edition participant page names Andrew Freedman as Fathom's Chief Strategic Officer (reader lines 149–152). The current fathom.org team page names the same person as co-founder and CEO (lines 115–120); its footer supplies FEIN 93-4840479. Preserve those different role dates. Fathom's current partnership entry for TFS describes “Advancing systems of verified redlines to make AI safer” (lines 96–112). This is an explicit organizational collaboration, with no visible commencement date, contract, allocation or evidence that it funded the September 2025 Call. The matching ProPublica IRS-derived index labels EIN 93-4840479 “Fathom Ai Inc” and lists one return for the fiscal year ending December 2024, filed 14 November 2025. This index is read, but the underlying return remains unread. Search discovery surfaced a $20,000 TFS/Athens grant claim with conflicting year labels across secondary sites. Do not import that amount as a verified grant or assign it to Athens 2025. The tax period, filing date and event date must be resolved from the original Schedule I. CAIF contribution. Its own event recap says it hosted a reception for the speakers at the House of Lords the previous evening. With the independently established 4 December 2025 event date, 3 December is an inferred reception date. In the private “Defining and Governing Unacceptable AI Risks” dialogue, CAIF reports arguing that red-line monitoring needs to assess interactions among agents as well as individual models. This provides an attributed policy contribution, without evidence that participants accepted it. The article names David Norman and Lewis Hammond. Companies House independently identifies COOPERATIVE AI FOUNDATION, incorporated 30 June 2021, as a company limited by guarantee without share capital. CAIF's undated foundation page describes a $15 million philanthropic commitment from Macroscopic Ventures; this is a commitment to CAIF, without payment dates or an Athens allocation. The same page lists trustee Jesse Clifton as a Macroscopic Ventures grantmaking officer; Companies House records his director appointment effective 6 June 2025. The public CAIF grant-summaries page was checked for Athens/TFS and returned neither name. Its text says it was last updated 20 April 2026 and explicitly warns that recently approved grants or outputs may be missing. It therefore does not establish that no event grant existed. The company filing index lists 33-page accounts to 31 December 2025, filed 24 June 2026, but their document body was not retrieved in this pass. deliberAIde is resolved at brand/product level to deliberaide.com. Its homepage publishes a testimonial attributed to Niki Iliadis, Director, Global AI Governance, TFS, explicitly concerning Athens 2025. It reports that the platform helped the team concentrate on stakeholder engagement and deliver the event report faster. This supports reported platform use in the event workflow, not a cash contribution, donated license, exclusive processing role, or authority to decide the final report. The provider's current general description leaves review, approval and publication with humans; that is a product claim, not an inspected Athens contract. The exact legal operator remains unresolved because the linked Impressum was unreadable and the browser substitute was refused.
