Creator-outreach experience carried into a fellowship
Akshyae Singh is Frame Fellowship’s executive director. A firsthand retrospective describes starting Frame with Austin Chen and previously conducting creator events and campaigns with the Center for AI Safety after moving to San Francisco.
Frame’s team page supplies the executive-director role. Singh’s retrospective describes the earlier work and cofounding with Chen. It does not provide the earlier briefs, fees or editorial terms, so those campaigns cannot all be treated as commissioned scripts. The established sequence is organisational experience followed by a programme supporting creators and connecting them with opportunities.

Singh describes conducting creator events/campaigns with CAIS after moving to San Francisco. Specific briefs, payments and editorial terms were not recovered.
Frame's public grantmaking.ai profile has an organization-edited “Grants Received” block updated July 13, 2026 . It reports “Jaan Tallin (DAF)” $20,000 , AISTOF/Jueyan Zhang $280,000 , and another AISTOF entry with amount hidden. Preserve the donor spelling in source data; the intended Tallinn identity is strongly supported by context but the specific DAF is unnamed. Akshyae Singh's public reply says the $280,000 was for Cohort 1.0. The profile names Manifold for Charity as fiscal sponsor and describes Frame selecting 13 of 150-plus applicants. These are recipient-side disclosures, not bank receipts, grant contracts, precise payment dates, or evidence of a donor selection veto. Do not infer the hidden amount or collapse the two AISTOF records into a known total.
