Commercial service identity spanning moderation, risk analysis and a changing corporate structure

Crisp commercial brand

Crisp is a commercial risk-intelligence and moderation brand whose current privacy policy identifies Crisp Thinking Group Limited as the company trading under that name. Kroll announced acquiring Crisp in May 2022, and a March 2024 announcement described its operation under the Resolver banner.

Brand history and documented output

The 2024 Resolver announcement describes brand alignment, rather than independently establishing a new acquisition. The published privacy policy describes automation, escalation and challenge processes and says moderation follows customer instructions. Generic service terms require an order form or statement of work; they do not establish DSIT's particular configuration. In November 2025, the Information Commissioner's Office confirmed a Crisp-produced report was held concerning the week beginning 24 June 2024. That output has not been matched to a particular legal signer or the later payment.
