Contractual access conditions for a voluntary safety-support programme
The Pathways non-member terms are nine published conditions governing access to the Tech Coalition's support programme and materials. They address registration, cooperation with information requests, limited intellectual-property permissions and confidentiality around mentoring, while leaving practical implementation to participants.
Participants must provide accurate registration information and make reasonable efforts to answer information requests within three months. The site-material licence is limited, revocable, personal, nonexclusive and nontransferable within its stated internal and noncommercial scope. Mentoring information is subject to confidentiality with limited need-to-know employee sharing. Clause 7 leaves whether and how to apply the materials to the user's discretion and disclaims a legal or community standard. Published terms establish the offered conditions, not acceptance or enforcement against a particular company.

Terms address information/feedback requests and reasonable efforts to respond to information requests within three months. The duties do not grant an right to a platform user database or amount to blanket assignment of feedback IP.
