Selective support and access programme connecting smaller companies to safety expertise

Tech Coalition Pathways

Pathways is the Tech Coalition's no-cost capacity-building programme for eligible employees of non-member companies handling user content or communications. Launched on 18 July 2024, it offers guidance, resources and licensing opportunities intended to strengthen companies' response to online child sexual exploitation and abuse.

Participation, services and separate entitlements

The operator's December 2025 account reports 67 participant companies, five resources and two fireside chats. Applicants undergo eligibility and registration review and agree to published access and confidentiality conditions. Membership is neither required nor guaranteed. Accepted participants may apply for a PhotoDNA sublicense, which remains a separate approval; participation also does not imply Lantern access. The Coalition's paid Elevate advisory service is distinct from Pathways and from the Christchurch Call Foundation's separately named Elevate programme.
