Downstream political committee commissioning reported electoral and campaign services

Think Big

Think Big is a US federal super PAC registered as C00923417. It received a reported transfer from Leading the Future and filed the March 2026 records naming Lantern Production Consultants LLC for campaign and operating services, including independent expenditures opposing Alexander Bores in New York's 12th congressional district.

Following the transfer into filed spending

LTF reports a $5 million transfer on 24 February 2026, already included in its broader committee-transfer total. Think Big's amended March filing reports seven Lantern independent-expenditure rows totalling $787,404.29 against Bores, plus distinct operating rows totalling $215,037 with blank candidate fields. The operating entries cover polling, research, consulting and media production. Think Big is separate from Build American AI and Public First Action; these records do not trace a payment to a creator or connect another organisation's restricted gift to this spending.

From the investigation

Political money needs the correct donor

The separately reviewed Leading the Future filings record two $25 million a16z contributions, received on 22 August 2025 and 11 February 2026. Greg and Anna Brockman's separate individual contributions are not OpenAI corporate money. A $5 million transfer to Think Big on 24 February 2026 is downstream committee money, not another outside donor contribution. Those distinctions prevent an apparent network total from counting the same money again at each stop. January filing , Q1 filing .

Opposing intervention: a filed vendor route, then a contract frontier

Ready for independent review. This pass follows one operation: Leading the Future (LTF) → Think Big → Lantern Production Consultants LLC → March 2026 opposition to Alexander Bores in the NY-12 federal primary. It establishes a named vendor and itemized services beyond the existing reported $5,000 creator offer. It does not establish ultimate subcontractors, an original donor's instruction, or the effect of the spending. Public records retrieved September 8, 2026. No messages, paid acquisition or publication.

The holder frontier, with rival explanations

Stop here: the specific next record is Think Big/Lantern's executed March agreement and invoice/placement bundle keyed to SE.4218 – SE.4224 (excluding SE.4217 ). It should identify the commissioned creative, media placement orders, actual producers and approval rights, with a subvendor ledger to reconcile net fees against pass-through costs. Think Big and Lantern are the identified holders; a publicly released station order tied to one transaction could reopen a smaller part of the route. No holder request was sent. A shell-company accusation, complete creator fee or policy-effect claim cannot replace those records.
