From the investigation

Which friends support which measure

Casar chairs the Congressional Progressive Caucus; Sanders is listed as its Senate member. That is a political relationship, not caucus-wide adoption. Casar’s August tax-and-jobs proposal has named support from AFT, AFSCME, Groundwork Action and Demand Progress Action. Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez jointly announced the March data-center moratorium; National Nurses United supports that measure. Those earlier endorsements stay attached to their actual proposals.

Two incentive programs, different money

The Partner Terms, updated 31 January 2026 , give Civic Shout discretion over Joint Action admission, hosting, signer attribution and credit issuance. Each valid referred action earns credits for three national CPC clicks. Credits are nontransferable, nonrefundable and have no cash value; redemption is restricted to eligible petition/letter ads. Hosts may receive signer details. The hosting page says signing joins the host's list, followed by optional suggested actions. These are published rules, not proof of actual credit redemption or every user's experience.
