Funded research project combining measurement analysis with policy-facing principles

Toolbox for Measuring Online CSEA

The Toolbox for Measuring Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse is a research project funded through REPHRAIN's fourth Strategic Funding Call. Its December 2024 principles report identifies Amy Orben at the University of Cambridge as project lead and situates that report within a wider set of work packages.

Funding and deliverables

REPHRAIN announced the competitive fourth-call projects on 18 January 2024, and a UKRI-hosted collaboration record corroborates support and intended integration of outputs into centre resources. Work package 2 produced a reliability-analysis report dated 1 October 2024, with rationale, code and analyses. The guiding-principles report is work package 3. The retained sources do not disclose the Toolbox allocation or publication-control terms, and publication alone does not establish funder acceptance of each deliverable.
