Who can access platform data

The provider-establishment DSC decides project vetting and request conditions. The researcher supplies eligibility and funding information; providers have a bounded amendment route.

This selected Article 40(4) path is separate from public-data access under 40(12) and notice priority under Article 22. An 80-working-day request/refusal clock is not a delivery promise. No GDI application is matched here.
