The Australian Business Register identifies COLLECTIVE SHOUT LIMITED , ABN/ACN 30 162 159 097 / 162 159 097, an Australian Public Company active since 31 January 2013. Its team names Melinda Tankard Reist, Caitlin Roper, Renee Chopping, Lyn Swanson Kennedy, Coralie Alison and Bernie Poljak. These differ from the Civic Shout leaders identified above. Its FAQ describes a charity limited by guarantee with no affiliation to religious or political institutions; that last statement is its own representation.

Collective Shout's open letter is dated 10 July 2025 and posted 11 July. It asks PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Paysafe and Discover leadership to stop processing transactions for Steam, itch.io and comparable platforms hosting the content it criticises. Signatories include Melinda Tankard Reist for Collective Shout; Haley McNamara, then NCOSE's Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Programs; and Professor Jon Rouse.
