Commercial intermediary between public programme design, supplier delivery and evaluation

PUBLIC — programme/supplier brand

PUBLIC is a supplier and programme brand appearing across UK data-sharing and safety-technology work. Official material names it in the Online Safety Data Initiative consortium; its own publications also describe participation in the Counter Disinformation Data Platform and related evaluation and sector-study work.

Programme work and legal identity

Its OSDI service case study reports a prototype, a dataset, an evaluation framework, privacy-impact work and three pilot firms, with live operation proposed as a later stage. Separate records identify a February 2024 DSIT commission for the Safety Tech Challenge Fund Round 2 evaluation and a sector study published on 26 March 2026. The January 2026 website policy names PUBLIC GROUP INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, company 10608507, as controller. That current identity cannot automatically identify the legal party to an older or redacted contract.
