The US agreement reaches its stated September 14 effective date. JAMS replaces AAA, and coordinated similar disputes face staged arbitration, holdbacks and mediation, with tolling and later routes to court or further arbitration. The agreement claims application to earlier disputes. Its initial-account opt-out and small-claims provisions remain; this does not reopen a universal opt-out today. These are contractual terms, not a finding of judicial enforceability or measured delay.
