Sabine Witting is a coauthor of the December 2024 DFC report on technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation and abuse. euCONSENT also named her, alongside Emma Day of Tech Legality, as an intended leader of its commissioned AgeAware human-rights review.
Published authorship and a reported commission
Her name appears on the DFC report’s cover. A January 2025 euCONSENT update describes the proposed review leadership for AgeAware. The commission’s contract, fee, clearance conditions and finished output were not recovered. Those gaps concern the commissioning arrangement; they do not erase the published authorship, nor justify treating Witting as the author of every recommendation later made by eSafety.

Sylwander. The report cover and p61 citation identify a Digital Futures for Children centre publication; the LSE repository calls it a technical report. The toolkit citation instead includes Security and Safety, vol.4 . That is a bibliographic discrepancy, not yet proof of an incorrectly linked document.
