Lightcone Foundation is the Nevada entity EIN92-0636259, formed2022 in the FY2022 IRS-derived profile; tax-exempt ruling June2023. The FY2024 ProPublica extraction reports$174,320,788 net assets, with Tegmark board president, Aguirre secretary and Mihaela Chita-Tegmark treasurer. It is a grantmaking/reserve affiliate, not established as Lightcone Infrastructure/LessWrong. It identifies Anthony N Aguirre, Mihaela Chita-Tegmark, Max Tegmark, Jaan Tallinn and Viktoriya Krakovna as directors/officers. Current website presents the same five under current names/roles: Anthony Aguirre (President and CEO), Jaan Tallinn (director), Max Tegmark (Founder and Chair), Meia Chita-Tegmark (Board Secretary), Victoria Krakovna (director).
