There is a documented mechanism linking Collective Shout's campaigning to payment-provider pressure and restrictions by itch.io. There is also a documented personnel bridge into the stakeholder advisory board of Australia's government-commissioned age-assurance technology trial. These are separate, supported influence channels. The evidence does not establish that the payment campaign secured the advisory appointment, that the advisory board exercised regulatory power, or that an AI NGO directed either channel.
