Platform participant translating a shared safety dataset into surface-specific controls

Snap

Snap is the platform company with representation on WeProtect's published board and a provider response describing use of StopNCII data on named Snapchat surfaces. The operational account covers 15 June–15 December 2024 and was reproduced by eSafety.

Reported implementation

eSafety's table summarizes Snap's daily updates and exclusion of Withdrawn or Deleted StopNCII entries for Spotlight, Discover and Stories. Its Chat row does not list StopNCII. This is a provider report about the stated period, rather than regulator runtime testing or a verified restoration trace. WeProtect board representation is a separate governance relationship and does not itself establish a campaign payment.
