Advertising recipients translating distributed lists into buying choices

WIPO ALERT authorized advertising users

WIPO ALERT authorised users are screened advertising businesses given access to national contributor lists under the programme's described agreements. They can use lists in advertising decisions and select which contributor or country lists to receive.

Access and use conditions

The FAQ says WIPO assesses whether an applicant is a genuine advertising business. Contributors may permit or refuse access; the described default covers all lists, with user selection available. Manual and API access are described as free and subject to advertising-only use and confidentiality obligations. The retained material does not show a named applicant's approval, executed agreement or running integration.
