This synthesis uses accepted case records and retained research, with complete reading of the decisive newer notes and selected earlier scopes. It is not a fresh read of every original, all 365 audit pages or every historical branch. Source records retain access states, reading scopes and custody distinctions. The original three-part worker narrative and independent review were delivered in the task when the child hosts could not persist files. Root authored the final account, added the older evaluation/OSDI evidence and checked these references.
