Corporate approval body governing resources, partnerships and major programmes
ICMEC Australia board
The ICMEC Australia board is the organisation's governing body under its constitution and board charter. The published framework assigns it concrete approval responsibilities for strategy, budgets, major partnerships and material programmes, alongside management delegation and oversight of conflicts of interest.
Membership, appointment and conflict rules
The constitution provides for board approval of membership applications, with membership beginning on entry in the register. Members have one vote each and elect or may remove directors; the board has specified vacancy-filling powers. The charter expressly took effect on 6 December 2023. Conflict rules require disclosure, recording and recusal subject to stated exceptions. The current public list includes Jodie Arthur, also described as a Westpac financial-crime executive. The retained record does not include the membership register, her nomination rights or minutes of particular programme decisions.
